The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 436/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly there is previous land dispute between the parties and the main allegation of setting the house on fire is against one Jalil Mian and Noor Alam and the petitioner has no specific role to play. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not sent up for trial, but now he is again apprehending his arrest since cognizance has been taken by the learned A.C.J.M. I, Bagaha, West Champaran, he thus prays for pre-arrest bail.

No.72787 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Bhitaha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U
