2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 12.06.2024, this petitioner is alleged to have fired upon informant. Petitioner has got 20 criminal antecedents.

4. Having considered the accusation and long criminal history of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
