2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R was registered against unknown. The petitioner has been made accused in the case subsequently on the basis of his confessional statement. There is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80856 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 12th Muzaffarpur East/concenerd Court in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 141 of 2022.
