The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 227 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched the motorcycle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, no recovery of the stolen motorcycle has been made from him and no T.I. Parade has been held till date to establish the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.06.2019.
