The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajoun P.S. case No. 177/ 2019 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The informant alleged that he got information that some persons were manufacturing country made liquor in an open field. On such, a raid was conducted but manufacturer of country made liquor managed to flee away. The Chowkidar is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no manner of concern with the manufacturing of liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.70635 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. case No. 177/ 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
