Petitioner seeks bail in Manpur P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2019. The petitioner got one criminal case prior to institution of the present case registered under section 379 and other minor sections of the I.P.C. and under section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Having considered the facts, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like
