1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Vide order, dated 25.07.2024, passed in CWJC No. 8517 of 2015, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, was directed to dispose the representation of the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 submits that representation of the petitioner has been disposed vide order, dated 04.2.2025. However, despite notices the petitioner did not appear before the opposite

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in his reply, submits that the petitioner, along with his counsel, appeared before the opposite party no. 2-Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Patna, pursuant to the notices, but the petitioner was not heard.

5. Be that as it may, the order has already been passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Patna, on 04.2.2025, which can be challenged by the petitioner in a regular writ petition.

6. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 04.02.2025, in a fresh writ application.
