2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 11.02.2023, while the Informant was on way to home from Ghoghardiha, three motorcycle borne accused persons pushed the motorcycle of the Informant from behind due to which he fell down. Thereafter, one of the accused persons came towards him, took his motorcycle and fled away. The other two accused persons also fled away from there on their own motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

He submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the present case on the disclosure made in Laukahi (Narahiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023 in which case, the petitioner was arrested and thereafter he was remanded in the present case on 22.06.2023. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents in which he is bail.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kishanpur P.S. case No. 24 of 2023.
