JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is he was appointed on the basis of forged mark sheet.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has challenged his appointment and that matter is pending. Moreover, he has already been removed from service. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26368 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that he has to co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
