2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they were

Patna High Court CWJC No.17930 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 members of Mohamadpur Pojha PACS, but in the draft voter list of 2024, their names did not find place, as such, they filed objections before the returning officer on 22-10-2024, but still their objections have not been decided.

3. If it is so, the Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Office, Goraul Block, District-Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to dispose of the objection of the petitioners as soon as possible, preferably on or before 28.11.2024.

4. If the petitioners are found ineligible for addition of their names in the voter list, they would not be deprived from their right to vote.
