This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the F.I.R. the deceased was killed by the accused persons for demand of dowry. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had committed suicide and apart from the injury on the neck, there is no injury to show that the deceased was killed by the accused persons.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.178 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
