2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6104 of 2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the regular bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed with a direction to the learned Magistrate to conclude the trial of the petitioner and other accused within six months from the date of production/ receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter learned Magistrate will also file a compliance report to this Court.
