2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that the Returning Officer-cum-the Block Development Officer, Chapra, is not deciding the objection of the petitioner dated 20.10.2024 relating to the voter list. The petitioner approached the State Election Authority and vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.17611 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 letter dated 05.11.2024, the State Election Authority has called for the status whether the objection of the petitioner was disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order or not and it was to be communicated to the State Election Authority till 07.11.2024.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction that the Returning Officer-cum-the Block Development Officer, Chapra shall send his report to the State Election Authority immediately, if already not sent, and the State Election Authority is directed to dispose of the objection of the petitioner, as stated above, as early as possible.
