JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that wife of the informant got disappeared. During search, he got information that she has been kidnapped by this petitioner. The informant went to meet the parents of the petitioner and enquired about her, but they did give any information about his daughter.

Case diary has been received.

The statement of victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. is available in the case diary wherein she has levelled specific allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping and

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order, if possible, on the same day.
