The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Puraini Case No. 150 of 2019 arising out of Excise Case No. 894 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
