2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 26.01.2025 at around 7 AM, the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including this petitioner came in the house of informant and took her son with them on the pretext of flag hoisting, but son of informant did not return and on the next day, his dead-body was recovered in a field behind Kali Mandir. Informant believes that F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner have committed murder of her son.

4. As per F.I.R., petitioner was last seen with the deceased. Informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. Both parties are close door neighbours and there is land dispute between the parties and only on account of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. There is no material on record of his participation in the occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025.
