The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 567 of 2018 dated 18.10.2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

A theft was reported to have taken place in the house of a neighbour. The name of the petitioner does not find mention in the FIR but his implication in this case is on the basis of confession of an accused as also on suspicion. The petitioner appears to have been remanded in this case from another case on 30.04.2019.

No stolen article appears to have been recovered from his possession nor has he been put on

Considering the aforesaid facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 567 of 2018.
