2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, two unknown persons came at the door of the informant and started abusing as well as threatening to kill him. On protest, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant as a result of which, he sustained injuries.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The injuries are simple in nature and both the parties have compromised the case.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83327 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-Vth, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
