2. The petitioner seeks bail for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code but, subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act was added.

3. Vide order dated 23.01.2025, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 29.01.2025 has been sent by the learned A.D.J.-II, Banka, which is at Flag 'R' to this application. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that if the witnesses will be produced on time and positive co-operation will be extended by the prosecution and defence, then the trial will likely to be concluded within three months.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

5. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months.
