JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 610 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 167, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner is said to have Station Diary Writer in Traffic Police, Purnea and there is allegation against him that he has released three tractors by issuing challan for which he is not empowered Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is is that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is vague and absurd.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72709 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No.-610 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned with further condition that he will cooperate in the investigation.
