Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the petitioner has approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21430 of 2017. The application for bail was rejected on 7.9.2017. The trial court was directed to expedite the trial. Again the petitioner approached this court in Cr. Misc. No. 63093 of 2018 and the same was rejected on 12.12.2018. The Court noted that only I.O. and Civil Surgeon was required to be examined and a specific direction was issued to the Sr. S.P. to ensure presence of the I.O and the Civil Surgeon yet the trial has

Considering the aforesaid, the court directs the court below to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within three months, the court below shall be obliged to release the petitioner on bail after three months if there is no delay on the part of the petitioner in disposal of the trial.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
