The petitioner seeks for bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No.99 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the wife of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and only on the basis of suspicion, she has been made accused in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the lady. 5. Learned APP for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the charge has already been framed against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if she fails to appear on two consecutive dates her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
