Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 205 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that while informant was going to the house the accused persons, including the petitioners surrounded him and assaulted him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that occurrence took place on a patty issue of removal of straw and injury is simple in nature, which will appear from paragraphs 28 and 76 of the case diary.

Heard learned APP also, who could not controvert the

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Abhimanu Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, District Madhepura, in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No. 205 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
