Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 14 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is of assault to the informant and there is also allegation against them of snatching of Rs.25,000/-.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioners and there is case and counter case between the parties and case filed by the side of the petitioners is prior to the present case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 14 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
