Earlier petitioner's prayer for bail was refused by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 41117/2019.

Petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail after lapse of three months on the ground that the victim/informant (PW 2), in course of trial has stated that she had fallen in love with the petitioner for years ago. A copy of her deposition is contained in Annexure 2.

From perusal of her testimony, contained in Annexure 2, it is apparent that the victim has supported and reiterated her statement made u/s 164 Cr.P.C. As no fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner, his prayer for bail is again refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
