This writ application has been filed for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs for commanding and directing the respondents for following reliefs:- (a) for commanding and directing the respondents for taking necessary step/steps for payment of all admissible dues
Patna High Court CWJC No.24087 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 of the investors/depositors accrued on their deposited money which have been deposited by the investors/depositors in the account of respective branch offices of "Mahua Joint Liability Group Development Co-operative Society Limited" and Jalashay Thrift & Credit Self Supporting Co-operative Society Limited;
(b) for commanding and directing the respondents to take all necessary step/steps for payment of all dues amount payable to the investors/depositors on the date of the maturity period;
(c) for commanding and directing the respondents to take all necessary step/steps for constitution and function of Cooperative Tribunal in the State of Bihar. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that now Bihar Co-operative Tribunal is functioning where the petitioners can raise their grievance Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move before the Cooperative Tribunal, if they so want.
