1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.4546 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 dated 08.05.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.10287 of 2019, the Deputy Secretary to the Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, has already passed a reasoned order dated 13.01.2020, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid aspect of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 08.05.2019, has stood complied with, hence the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
