2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.02.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 566 of 2019 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the cause title to the memo of appeal, petitioner's father name has wrongly been typed as "Late Doma Sah" instead of "Bira Sah @ Vira Sah", due to which, the same error has occurred in the aforesaid order.

4. In view of the above, let the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 566 of 2019 is modified to the above extent and the time to surrender and furnish bail-bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11334 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 before the court below is also extended by further four weeks, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.
