JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Khizersarai P.S. Case no. 170/2019 registered under sections 307, 325 and other allied section of the IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation of assault against the petitioners is general and omnibus. No specific assault has been attributed to the petitioners and it is case of false implication.

Referring to the case diary learned A.P.P submits that grievous injury has been found on the person of female member which as per prosecution case, was caused by the petitioners.
