Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No.200 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioners are named in the FIR and the specific allegation is against one Mana Chaudhary and causing injury to Ajay Chaudhary.

No.70171 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against them and cosnidering the same some of the accused persons have been granted privilege of the anticipatory bail, vide order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67133 of 2019 by this Court.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No.200 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
