2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, lodged on 01.02.2023 under Sections 363, 365, 341, 323, 379, 420, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, FIR has been lodged against the present petitioner and three unknown accused persons, against whom there is an allegation of snatching the money as well as obtaining money forcefully, and an allegation of taking gold chain from the informant is also there in the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that the name of the petitioner has been figured in
2/4 this case only due to the reason that his criminal antecedent is not clean.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there are six criminal cases pending against him in which in some cases, he is on bail and in some cases, he is persuading for bail. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2023 in the present case.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and specific name has been disclosed by the informant against the present petitioner. Counsel also submits that modus operandi of the crime has also been explained.
7. Upon specific query of the Court from the counsel for petitioner that whether charge has been framed in this case or not, counsel submits that he is not in a position to disclose that whether charge has been framed or not.
8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail, but only six months after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
3/4 satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 68 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C. as well as the following conditions:
(i) one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bonds by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every month for one year to mark attendance; (iv) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidence, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds; and (v) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds.
9. However, the petitioner shall be granted bail only on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not
4/4 absconding in any of the cases pending against him whose details are as follows:- (I)- Laheri P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023.
(II)- Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 40 of 2023.
(III)- Ben P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023.
(IV)- Islampur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023.
(V)- Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023.
(VI)- Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023.
