2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"I. To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the due Retirement Benefits i.e. arrear of differences of salary etc. with interest forthwith. II. To direct the concerned Respondents to disposed of the representation filed by the petitioner on 05.09.2019 forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though earlier he had moved the Court in CWJC No. 21505 of 2018, which was disposed off on 20.05.2019, observing that on receipt of direction from the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, the claim of the petitioner would be considered but there is no role of the Department with regard to the claim raised by the petitioner. It was submitted that he has filed a representation on 05.09.2019, before the respondent no. 3, which has still not been disposed off.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-2 to the writ application, if already not disposed off, expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
