Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 18(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint property of the family. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner, who is aged about 75 years, is in custody since 22.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 44 of 2019.
