2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):

(a) An application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 29.08.2024 passed by the Circle Officer, Singheshwar, DistrictMadhepura in Case No.4664/2023-2024 pertaining to Thana No.20 Khata No.Old 282/New 327 and Khesra No.Old 1452/New 680 area 11 decimal.

(b) Further prayer to give direction to the Anchaladhikari, Singheshwar to decide the case on merit.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18775 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the concerned authority within four weeks from today.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

6. On filing the said appeal on behalf of the petitioners before the concerned authority within four weeks from today, the said authority shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.
