The petitioners seek bail in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The informant alleges that after mechanic - Md. Anwar was removed from his factory for misbehaving with his wife, Anwar and others continued to harass her online. Later, on 08.06.2025 and again on 21.06.2025, petitioners and others allegedly entered their house, brutally assaulted him and his wife with iron rods, outraged her modesty, snatched her

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2025. Petitioner No.1 bears one criminal antecedent, whereas petitioner No.2 bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioners' counsel that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it would reveal that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that so far as injury of the injured - informant and her husband - is concerned, the same is found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioners, there being no specific allegation against the petitioners and there being case and counter case between the parties, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing
