The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to mere suspicion and confusion of the informant. Similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. on 51140 of 2019 on 17.08.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73208 of 2019(3) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
