2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two villages namely Jaminpur and Shahar Chhapra are merged in Jitwarpur Gram Panchayat, but the name of the petitioner is not existing in the voter list of Jitwarpur Gram Panchayat. The petitioner has filed representation before the District Cooperative Officer, Saran on 19-10-2024, but still the representation has not been disposed of.

3. The District Cooperative Officer, Saran is directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.17996 of 2024(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as early as possible, in accordance with law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
