2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 16-07-2019, passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.4548 of 2019(3) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 C.W.J.C. No 13201 of 2014 (Annexure-1).

3. From the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 1, 2 and 4, it appears that dues of petitioners under various heads including arrears of salary, leave encashment, arrears difference arising out of refixation of pension etc., has been paid and the order of this Court dated 16-07-2019, has been substantially complied with.

4. If the petitioners have any grievance with respect to the amount paid, or not yet paid, it would be open for them to approach the Authority concerned.

5. The contempt petition is dismissed.
