2. Hard copy of counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.5, the same be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that an amount of Rs. 64,976/- earlier paid to the petitioner has been deducted in accordance with the Memo No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25567 of 2019 dt.17-07-2023 2/2 2225 dated 09.03.2015 that apart all the retiral dues on different heads have already been paid to the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid information given by the State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority with respect to his claim as to why any amount has been deducted from his pension as well as pensionary benefit.

5. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
