The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to absorb in any suitable Class-IV post by contending that the petitioner was one of the petitioner in CWJC No. 796 of 2012, in which writ petition the petitioner was petitioner No. 188 and this Court in the aforesaid writ petition had passed an order favorable to the petitioners for absorption in Class-IV post.

3. The petitioner also relies on order of the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.18591 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 Supreme Court dated 26.06.2016 passed in SLP No. 32079 of 2015 wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court had disposed of the aforesaid SLP by holding that the relief granted by the High Court shall be restricted to those who approached the High Court.

4. The order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 796 of 2012, on which a reliance has been placed by the writ petitioner, has not been annexed in the present writ petition and accordingly this Court is unable to co-relate with the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the aforesaid SLP.

5. Under the circumstances, I find that the petitioner has not been able to disclose a cause of action whereby this Court can issue a direction to the respondents for absorption of petitioner in Class-IV post, as prayed for.

6. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. (Nani Tagia, J) Nishant/- U
