The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

The prayer of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 24.08.2016 by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33347 of 2016. I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U
