Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with G.R. No. 1455 of 2024 arising out of Obra P.S. Case No.364 of 2024 dated 23.08.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022, pending in the Court of Special Judge of Excise-II, Aurangabad. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81034 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
