The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506,498A and 494/34 of the IPC.

This Court vide order dated 28.06.2018 issued notice to O.P. No. 2 on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, statement being made to that effect in paragraph 6 of the petition and the petitioner has filed matrimonial suit for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner and the informant were expected to appear in person but it appears that after appearance of the O.P. No. 2, the petitioner is not appearing.
