This application is filed for quashing the F.I.R. report of Gandhi Maidan P.S. case No. 188 of 2019 registered under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Sub-Judge XVII-cum-ACJM, Patna.

In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Moreover,

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
