The petitioner (proposed appellant) seeks grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the order of acquittal dated 22.02.2018 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Trial No. 517 of 2018 (Complaint Case
Patna High Court SLA No.35 of 2018(4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 No. 409C of 2009) whereby learned Magistrate has acquitted the accused persons (respondents) of the charges punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Co-accused Sakendar Sharma/Respondent No. 2 has also been acquitted of the charge under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
Good ground has been made out for grant of leave in preferring the appeal.
Leave granted.
