2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Bhim Kumar is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The police after investigation has exonerated the petitioner and submitted final form. Thereafter, the magistrate has taken cognizance.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C. Masaurhi, Patna/concerned court below in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.129 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
