Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and later on section 66, 67B of the I.T. Act was added.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 03.03.2025, after remaining in custody for about

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80996 of 2024(9) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 seven months i.e. from 04.08.2024 to 03.03.2025.

4. It is pointed out that the core allegation is cruelty and making the video viral of private moment. It is submitted that admittedly the parties are wife and husband, where soon after the marriage, differences surfaced between the parties as they solemnized marriage out of their caste.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner being husband tried to resolve the issues and differences with the informant/O.P.No.2, but the informant/O.P.No.2 is adamant to settle dispute and differences.

6. It is further pointed out that informant is adamant also as not to continue her matrimonial relation with the petitioner/ husband.

7. Mr. Lal Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing for the informant/O.P. No. 2 also affirmed the aforesaid submission as advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner.

8. Considering aforesaid aspects of the matter, the provisional bail as granted to the petitioner/husband vide order dated 03.03.2025 is hereby confirmed with same
