Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nokha (Dharmpura) PS Case No.172/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,307, 337, 379, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons have assaulted the informant and other and there is specific allegation of assault also against the other co-accused perosns. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the FIR but but no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70159 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumsta2019nces, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S.case No.172 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
