Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.118 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Excise Prohibition and Control Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that as per seizure list nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a
