Mr.Bharat Bhushan ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Asthawan P. S. Case No. 143 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. while the informant was coming by Scorpio, 8-10 miscreants were variously armed blocked the road and taken away mobile, golden chain and other articles from him. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. It appears that later on, on the confessional statement of the co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case and he is accused in one more case of similar type.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this case is concerned, except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against him. He is in custody for three and half months. Charge sheet has already been

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Asthawan P. S. Case No. 143 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months, so that, he may watch his conduct.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Nalanda, Biharsharif for needful.
